VC Solution is an evaluation product operated by Fife Digital, Austin, Texas. The public demo is open to everyone; workspaces are provided by invitation for evaluation purposes. By using either, you accept these terms.

Meridian Capital is fictional and its deals are illustrative. The demo references real public companies only so that the diligence surface can run on real SEC filings; nothing in the demo implies any relationship with, or claim about, those companies.

Figures shown are assembled from public sources (SEC EDGAR, Financial Modeling Prep) and machine-generated summaries of them. They may contain errors, and every figure links to its source so you can verify it. Nothing here is investment, legal, or accounting advice, and no output should be relied on for an investment decision without independent verification.

Don't attempt to access other users' workspaces, probe or degrade the service, or use it to violate any law. Workspaces may be rate-limited, suspended, or removed at our discretion; invited access can be withdrawn at any time.

Content you upload to a workspace remains yours. You grant us the limited right to store and process it (including via the service providers named in the privacy notice) solely to operate the product for you. Don't upload content you lack the right to use.

The product is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, for evaluation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fife Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the product, and its total liability is limited to one hundred US dollars.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
